Were you Concilor Bilir's messenger? Did you red it against his will? Or maybe were you a thief that stole this letter from his messenger?
Or, more probably, you have never red this letter as it doesn't even exist, and all that you are telling is probably all in your mind. Please stop drawing conclusion out of scratch... Or show us some evidence of what you are telling. |

The Empire annouced that to us. As far as we can tell, the destination of the letter should be the Counsil, so the other Counsilors are the ones who do not know what Bilirs missive said. Its content reached us via the Empire. |
