Yes, no problem. However, adds may not pay clan entrance fees and/or clan taxes.
If you can find a Military clan that would invite your add free of cost, there is no problem at all.
Not that you cannot join a Military clan technically before reaching combat level 5. |

leaving clan with main who is now multi
and joining clan with multi who is now main |
