Authorquery regarding getting blocked
this is basically not me but a friend of mine, sambhi who wants to ask this question and im basically voicing his words.

he wants to know that on what criteria it is decided that a person will be blocked or imposed a penalty for the same offence committed ???

https://www.lordswm.com/pl_transfers.php?id=4683111

https://www.lordswm.com/pl_transfers.php?id=4411772

in these 3 links the offence is same but the consequences are different n he calls his case as unjustified.

so plz answer this over here and not via pm coz im not interested in reading someone else's matter . he will open the site n straightway go to forum to see what he gets.
It is up to admin discretion. Period.
Well, in the first case, after having financial assists he got hacked, so the money he got were lost and the rest who was left was taken from him in the form of Penalty, allowing him to play normally as usual.

Also in the second case says: 11-22-10 02:58: Player unblocked. // Block replaced by penalty.
His Financial Assists was also taken from him in the form of Penalty, also adding a cost for him multi characters.

So what I mean is, first, depends on how Admins look at a certain situation like this, and second, well... I would say the Admins might let him play giving him a Penalty as well, but he has to clarify the issue to Admins and send a PM to the Secretary.
To start - You should know that posting in forums questioning admins decision is not exactly the best way to go about doing what I believe you are trying to do.

To answer your question - If you were to look at one of the logs carefully, you would have noticed that one of the characters was initially blocked, and was unblocked subsequently and replaced with a fine.

Now why do you think this happened? Exactly! He must have wrote to the admins through Secretary and appealed his case. Should that not serves as a big enough hint as to how you should go about helping your friend, rather than writing in the forums? :)
Mate, contact the administration via pm and not with a thread. Using public way for those questions is not the best way. I lock this topic and contact the administration directly.
