Even without this idea being implemented, if we don't get a continuously stream of updates/events/wars, soon players would start complaining about how all the mines are out of gold again. |
I hope that this game will finally have the Money part.
If there is no shortage of resources/artifacts then there is no business part.
there are a lot of players doing the resell thing(resources And Artifacts)
thats why there is shortage of SoM
i know some players who buy it for 30000 from the factory then sell it 39000 gold! thats crazy! i never buy it!

I was writing something but it was getting too long, so here the short version.
The way things are set up is that you are free to enroll where you want, the wages are set and do not reflect the actual need or want of resources. due to the fact all of us are buyers and not sellers we point out wood and ore which are some of the most used resources that are always in short supply. In a players driven economy where actual players have to enroll to produce resources we get shortages when the players base get "older", in game, and can afford to not enroll or get a job that has higher wages.
I personally take the highest wage possible whenever I remember to enroll. there a handful of things that can be done but whether it worth the change is debatable. If you want more players to make something then the wage must increase or the number of other jobs must decrease. if the players base demand is higher than current production quota then we will also see shortages due to lack of supply. Back when there was around 200-400 players online at a time I could buy resources whenever I want now it seem like seeing places empty is the norm rather than the exception.
IMO I think most of us are here to do battle and enjoy ourselves, not spending our valuable game time trying to find resources or earn gold in order to do battle. if gold was less of an issue then I would be able to be afford better artifacts and have more equal footing with other players but then again those players earn their gold, hopefully not by cheating, and earn better arts in the game. if you invest 3-5 times a day to enroll compare to my 2-3 days checking this game then you earn your full arts more than I have. |
