as we know after builiding magic guild level 3 we must choose a talent.Wizard study Nature and Chaos magic with an option to unlock Holy magic later on.if we choosing WISDOM talent can wizard learn all the spell of level 3 magic school

just take note that your Lv3 spells effect will even lower than other since wisdom only grant you access to the spells with NO mastery.

The spells will be weaker compared to someone with mastery, they will not "become weaker".

And finally, yes, a wizard can learn all the lvl 3 spells with wisdom.
