Obviously I have no intentions of buying one, but how much does a fully upgraded estate cost to buy + upgrade?

1 550 000 gold are all the upgrades together (same costs for all locations)
when Empire placed the estates for auction, they were sold for 650k~1000k if i remember correctly.
So they should be somewhere around 2.5M
but ofc people try to sell them for more, but thats only the supply part.
i havent seen anyone paying more than 2M for an estate |
