Now, rather than being fully relieved when winning a combat, you are instead relieved based on how much fsp you got in the combat. Really? Last time I checked, losing a combat does not relieve the penalty even if you get 9999 fsp.
And even if it did, that is untrue. According to Arctic, when you fight a combat which gives less that 0.5 fsp, "quote"It is lifted completely, so the income is 100% again, but it will return faster. For example if you gain 0.4 fsp in combat, it will return after 8 more enrolls, not 10.
In other words, if you do that, 1) You lost so nothing happened, 2) The second combat, if won right after the first without enrolling, does nothing to affect the workaholic penalty. It will still return after 5 enrolls.
And if I understand it correctly, this also has the effect of that if you have won a combat with 0.5 fsp and fully lifted it, then without enrolling, assist someone, the workaholic penalty will now return in 5! enrolls and not 10. | 5

Penalty is relieved only for WON combat.(for example survival tournaments give more than 0.5 fsp but relieve nothing) | Sorry, forgot to place - source from Arctic -

Uh... No. 0,5 FSP lifts the penalty for 10 combats. Less FSP than that makes the penalty return faster.
Let me make a little list... As an example.
0,5 FSP = 10 enrolls.
0,4 FSP = 8 enrolls.
0,3 FSP = 6 enrolls.
0,2 FSP = 4 enrolls.
0,1 FSP = 2 enrolls.
However, winning a combat completely lifts the penalty. So if you're down on 10% wages, and win against someone faaar below you, yielding perhaps only 0,12 FSP, you'll be back on 100% wage, but the penalty will return again after 2 enrolls. | | Right Agelage. | 0,5 FSP lifts the penalty for 10 combats.
