3.26.1. A clan where the Leader's promises are not brought to realization is considered a financial pyramid. In case when funds were accumulated in a clan for a public purpose (such as purchasing TGI or rare items/sets), and no such purpose has been brought to realization, the prosecution is supposed to present proof from his or her transfer log. Clan leader is held responsible and will be blocked for swindling if the fault is confirmed.
If I understood it right the gifts were not for Slynky but for the whole clan to enchant a clan set. Therefore I think this is allowed. |

Yes, the elements are for the clan set, so clan donation.
Since GoR members spent huge amounts of gold for their set, too (Many transfers are higher then CL * 10,000), a clarification would be appreciated.
For now I've asked Slynky to transfer me elements back until the sum of 130,000 gold has been reached. |

There are limits on LOANS that you can receive, or presents that you can GIVE.
There's no limitation on the amount of presents a player can receive, as long as rule 3.14 & 3.15 of General Rules is observed.

| I will be returning excess element donations this morning to those who exceeded the limits of the rules. There was no intention to break rules, just over excitement and generosity from some clan members to help the clan enchant its new Infernal Set. I will post here when complete and you may all verify that we are within the rules. |
