Not at all. A Dragon Eye card is a good card, but imagine if you have a dragon eye card but only 1 monastery and 4 mana. It would not be as useful in that situation.

Or imagine you are playing an infinite deck game and both you and your opponent have a dragon eye card. Who is definitely winning then? :p

Dragon Eye is a very advantageous card to have, and increases the chance of winning greatly, but only if it's a single deck setup and GC/VD settings.
This topic is long since last update and considered obsolete for further discussions.
