It is allowed to create a new clan by using the gold of the donations from the members of the clan from a specific clan.
of course, the leader first will give permission, if the majority of the members will deal to it.
then it will be use in the clan as an academy etc...
like the low levels in the clan will be put there, then the original clan will be use for high levels..

I think it is allowed but u may need to clarify with the admin just to be safe.

Clan leader will have to post some explanations on the fund transfer on their LWM clan page.
Leader do not give the permission just because he or she wants it.
"3.26.1. A clan where the Leader's promises are not brought to realization is considered a financial pyramid. In case when funds were accumulated in a clan for a public purpose (such as purchasing TGI or rare items/sets), and no such purpose has been brought to realization, the prosecution is supposed to present proof from his or her transfer log. Clan leader is held responsible and will be blocked for swindling if the fault is confirmed"
Notice that the rule mentions "public purpose". The word "public" tells you that members' support for a particular decision is to be consulted first.
Do take note, that there are several rules which one has to clarify (with admins) before taking any actions because some of these rules have gray area.
One action such as fund transfer can have several seemingly contradictive rules associated with it.

There is nothing wrong with WGW just that I have stated WGW as an example without noticing you are from that guild.

well, my main purpose only is to put the low levels in the clan or maybe to put there who won in the clan events...so the members in that clan is the tough or the most active in the original clan.
and nothing at all, just a 2nd family tree clan :< |
Yea, I know your your purpose of creating the child clan.
The main point is the procedure.
To whom is the gold gonna be transfer to? Or, is your leader gonna withdraw the gold from guild fund and then create the child clan, following that, transfer leadership for you?
Or is your leader gonna withdraw the gold, transfer to your main character and from there, u will create a new child clan.
Several rules on gold transfer has to be considered.
If you are moving members from main clan to another, it is best to solve any "tangling" disagreement involving clan's promise.
Example: If your leader promises the main clan that the fund would be used to buy infernal set and share the arts among the clan, moving members from main clan will mean the "moved" members would not share the infernal set. Members can complain that the transfer is a move by the leader to stop them from using infernal set. In this case, there is a possibility that your leader may have broken the rule depending on how the admins view it. --- 3.26.1 Leader's promises are not brought to realization.
Though it is possible to transfer arts from 1 guild to another, the transfer has to be clearly stated. |
