necromancers have very low hit point
I don't see a problem with a necromancers hit points. Ghosts have low hit points but high damage, and they can be risen, and they are incorporeal. I have no idea why you'd think they are so under powered.

As far as I can see, necromancers of your level are stronger than wizards, demons, knights...
Vampires very low hit point so we they hit creatures like for 100 damage, they can drain 50 hp. Because vampires have 30 hp each, they can resurrect 1 new vampire. All you need is high attack so vampires can hit more and drain more. They rawkz unless you are battling a wizard which has only magi to drain from

Raising reduces hitpoints.

While HP totals are not much of a problem, i'm much more annoyed by initiative. Elves/Dark Elves easily act 2-3 times while my troops move about 1 time.

Not that anything's going to get changed, so quit your whining.

come on, each faction has its own strength and weakness.

There is no best faction / talent / strategy / tactic / unit / troop setup; it change from time to time depend on the situation you had. ©
There is a Reason, why Necros have raise dead ability at the best.
Ghosts have In-corporal and Vampires have Drain life! ;)

And don't forget, at higher levels u can have over 300 Skeleton Bowmen. Couple it with Vitality Talent, U automatically get 600 more health for ur Skeleton Archers! :D
and the best argument againt thi is that the top player is a necro...........

If you take the stats from HoMM5
The only modified HP creatures is the Skeletal Bowmen :P The creature has 5 in HoMM5 and only 4 here :P Call that balance.

Ghosts also have 16 HP in HoMM5. But balance isn't done by stats only. Numbers also matter.

Ghost is a temporary measure but not Skeletal bowmen :P
raise dead is totally useless. when you raise the troops it starts from the beg of init and loses all accumulated init.... it will prob move one whole turn later which by that time it only takes 100 damage to kill the riased creature and that just cost you 9 mana..... its a waste... at higher levels riaseing maybe only 3 vamps and thats nothing compared to maybe elf 1 luck on braliaint uni and get 600 damage

What's stopping people from raising some of their units while some are still alive? Wait till there is only one or two ghosts alive in the stack, then raise.
