Hi all, I was wondering what estates go for, and how often the empire holds an auction for estates, if they do it at all? I've also heard that you sometimes you can get one of the market, but does anyone really sell their estates these days? I've never seen one in the market before.

there are 5 stars in total, and you get stars by upgrading the estate. and up grade is very costly, so think before you buy :x
2 - i estimate 1 year or so. :)
