For the full set (9 artifacts) listed in the first post you get the following bonuses:
+6 Attack
+8 Defense
+1 Luck
+1 Knowledge
+21% Intiative
+15% Melee damage
+1 minimum and Maximum Damage
+40% damage to Neutral Creatures
+20% resistance against ranged damage
