Diamonds can't be transferred.
PS: Why would you want to transfer your Diamonds to another player?
Note: ANY transactions between your accounts/characters (main and secondaries) is forbidden.
I would strongly advice you read the rules. It'll help you avoid some unnecessary blocks/penalties in future. :)
