I am not Patrickou, but if you are referring for him to be a sage, that is not relateed to levels at all. The last time I remember, Arctic held an offer where people gave him their biodata n stuff and then he selected the sages and forum moderators.
This doesn't happen often and I suspect that it won't happen again in the coming months. |

Well, could you next time create a proper header like : How become a mod for example? All "Sages" can repply not only me.
