i have been waiting for 1hour,still my 20mana hasn't recovered yet | Yes, it's client-side bug.
Try clearing your cookies, restarting your browser, updating to the latest flash etc. | | It is a known bug that there is a mana recovery problem for players of combat level 1-3, sometimes all you have to do is keep going to different screens and it changes and then other times you have to clear your computers cache and it fixes it. As far as I know it should stop when you reach Combat Level 4. |
