| Hi, I recently changed my faction from Elf to Knight and noticed that all other knights have higher recruitment count than mine. I am not sure how they have 35 Sword while I have only 28 max even with the talent. First I thought that they must have used diamonds, but when I checked other Knights they all have the same combination. Please advise if I am missing something here. Thanks. |

Training
This ability allows the Knights to raise the strength of troops by extra-recruiting citizens. The lord can also upgrade lower rank troops up the tier. Thus, each Knight skill level allows the lords to recruit more bowmen, swordsmen, monks and cavalry at the cost of reducing the amount of lower level recruits.
The higher your factional skill as a Knight, the more troops you can recruit by trading off lower tier troops. |
I am sorry, did you mean I have to buy the recruits first to get high numbers.
But I have seen some Knight without recruit, but they still have high number of SM than I have at max. kindly advise.

This is correct. Although if you build farmer cabins to get Recruits, the effect of the training ability is increased. However this also works in conjunction with your knight faction level. Hence buying recruits won't make much, if any, difference for you currently. |
