What is the minimum amount of troops does level 14 need to engage in combats? Or in other words what buildings are not required?

Basic luck for gb and hunts. sometimes tourney with amulet of luck.
Thrusting might for 1v1, gb, and tourney.
Basic attack for hunts and gb sometimes.
