Hi all,
One simple question, what does BOW stand for ? I've seen it in many block descriptions and though nowhere is mentioned what's the meaning of it or where and why it is used.

| Basically, it means the player asked to be blocked him/herself. |
| By Own Will, can be asked for a Ban for example! |
