| I am having problem enrolling thru the mobile phone - though the codes appeared but I can't type as the keyboard does not appeared. I am using HTC Desire HD - appreciate if anyone can help me. |
| Sometimes this happen when i'm, using psp... Try refresh page... And if it ask to allow something , just allow it... For psp , it say " Allow moving to uncreptied (i forgot how to spell) page" and I choose yes ... Then I was able to write the code... |
| i have tried to refresh yet still failed to enrol. even tried with nokia; can key in the code but can't save the enrol. :( |
Is your Flash enabled in your HTC Sense browser? Try clearing the browser cache and temp files.
Most Android 2.1(upgrade) onwards phones are able to enroll without much problems |
