Since level 9 is greater than level 8, it is but obvious that the difficulty of the vanguard increases, and hence the number of creatures also increases . . .

they actually don't have specific recruit
if wolfs are less there were more rocs and ogres
its true that difficulty increases but not true that vanguard of barbarians{9} has 205 wolves and not 43
