How do you think do we have enough estates?
Market of real estate is absolutely dead.
I think we need another auction from empire.. |

| well unless u have 5 stars estate in yl ur estate wont be full. 5 stars cost 1,55 mil and rent for room is between 100-150g with such prices it takes years just to get upgrade money back. Unless u want estate for urself there is no reason for auctioning more. |
As for me im ready spend all my money for estate in good region.
Have idea i am not alone.. |

| 9 there is no good region ... only some of max upgraded estates are full and cost of rent is around per room 100g if u want rent slightly upgraded rooms for 500g ur estate stays empty as ur old estate was. |
What's the point of owning an Estate? For the price, you get no return on your investment. Besides just getting a little prestige and a little more inventory space, those Estates are useless.
Even renting a room in one is a waste of gold. |

Estate = +30 items for your inventory
This is the only reason.
Since inventory really sucks in this game (too small) then Estate is useful, but it costs too much, because it is very rare.
I think that increasing your inventory shouldn't cost millions. It should be available to any player and at any time and the price should be like 100K gold.
Of course prices of Estates would drop if we had auctions like this:
5 Estates sold each week
Most players should be able to have Estates (why not?).
Let upgrading Estates be still expensive.
At least, Estates in some less popular areas shouldn't be expensive. |

45 inventory slots at level 7
+10 additional for 180K at level 12 or 45K at level 14.
sounds enough IMHO.
Any more would make it pointless too easy to manage.
And if you really need more room you can rent some for just a few gold/day. |

Ok, YOU don't need it.
But I need it.
As a strategy player I would like to have all sets, some of them enchanted, some having the best enchantments, etc. (many combinations)
Also I would like to rent artifacts (many and various).
About 200 inventory slots needed just for that.
And I would like to make some business things, like buying all artifacts of one type and control the market, making money from that.
But I really doubt that this interesting opportunity will ever be implemented in this game (some people just don't understand how the business part in this game would be interesting).
For Grand business matter I need 1000+ inventory slots.
Ok, this is just my point of view about MONEY part of this game.
Anyway, even without business part, I really need at least 100 inventory slots just for normal strategical options.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining, I can play this game even with just 9 inventory slots. I really don't mind it, but others would definitely cry :) |

Perhaps.. But why no one selling estate? Because it gives unique possibility earn money without any expenses.
That;s why i don;t believe those who cry about long terms investments back. |
