Basically, the server time is GMT time. Greenwich mean Time.
It's the time all countries base their time difference off (+X GMT, etc) |

I did not get that. It seems like you get that message only if you are at a certain wait time. Seems like under 20 minutes.
Otherwise you just get the message that you enrolled at time xx:yy. |
