| I was have fight with 2 Twilight dragons, but my "helper" ran from combat, and I won by myself. Now I have a hunt 2 Twilight dragons, why not 3? |
| because you fought 2 ... |
| Because the 30% increase of 2 is not enough to bring it to 3
Each time you win a hunt, the creature amount increases by 30%, but does not seem to round up
 |
| if some body help you in hunt - there are other formula of increasing. |
| i didn't know that |

Grows numbers of neutral creatures on the map: N=n*1.69max(Y;0.1)
 where
 N - new creatures number,
n - old creature number (before win),
Y - skill points, that you give on battle with old creature number.
If you do succesful hunt alone (Y = 0.5), number of neutrel creature grows to 30%.

 Check eng.Witchhammer.ru hunt section...

 Good luck.

| Actually, the hunt assist doesn't matter if the assistant ran away.
The reason is because 30% increase in 2 is 2.6, which apparently isn't enough to get 3.

Next time though you will get 3 because 30% increase again will give 3.38 dragons.
 |
| The initial "starting number" for Twilight Dragons seems to be below 2, it just gets rounded up to 2 when determining the number you get to fight.

The "starting number" of Twilight Dragons seems to be around 1.6 to 1.7. That means after the first 30% increase the number encountered is still less than 2.5 (which rounds up to 3).

 Have Fun
