ok let me again try to explain to you... all laws and rules are made by humans so we just add 1 little rule to our game , and just because this one little handy rule is not official yet doesnt mean its not existing
look its like in this wrestling game where u have that one bugmove "headbutt to the groin" wich u can use over and over again till u win the match and he cant do anything about because its buggy and u cant counter that move
oh but thats ok cause thats not against the rules right???? sarcasm
or how about lets play a custom match of magic the gatheringu use a precontructed deck and i will use a preconstructed deck with 4 black lotus in it and 4 mox and 4 of this and 4 of that well then u have about 1-3% chance to win but well its not against the rules.... but people wont do that because they are not stupid like u guys

its like in diablo 2 when u say lets 1on1 level 40 max and then he comes with a level 99 and kills u with 1 strike
I used to play that game in Battlenet before. If I remember correctly, the developers there saw it fit to give game hosts the ability to put hard restrictions on levels of people who join. A 99 level player would have to cheat in order to join a game meant for lower levels. This isn't Diablo II.
I suspect that the admins meant for this game to be played full arts and the minimum art battle is just a concession to popular demand. Asking for minimum art battle is like asking to play chess with only kings and pawns when it was originally intended to be played with Queens, Bishops, Knights, and Rooks. |

we are not telling the people to go to recruitment and take only level 1 and level 2 creatures all we do is saying max 10 ap (example) its not that hard to follow
imagine that diablo2 levelrestriction would not exist, and u could join anygame with your lvl99 and kill poor lvl1s still would be cheating
even if its technically not against the rules

and comes to my team ill intentionally will go afk so u lose

Makes no sense, then everyone can say which rules are important, and say which they wanna break.

Last note:
Join a clan who follow the rules, (#145 Warriors' Guild also called WG is a fine example, but there is many)
Make clan only games, and report if any break the CLAN rules

But it is within the rules, as you can't say what people should wear. Like I can cheat you in a match by doing something unexpected.
