u can start a new account but u cant transfer all yr stuff to yr new account....

A: Yes you can, but your ex-main will most probably be blocked. After all it will have loans, repairs, etc. – all things not permitted for extrachars.
Q: May I transfer all my staff to extrachar then, and play it as main, with ex-main being blocked?
