If it moves itslef, it will be quite of a strong but annoying bug breaking your well though strategy, by moving where you won't want it to go half of the time. I also agree about overpriced building. It shouldn't be available through diamonds too for balance concerns; diamonds can only be used to get upgrades so far, not new stuff.

That can be a good thing. Auto-battles? Alcohol wayward independence?
Taming other heroes and pets. I think low base stats and low costs would be better. Then multiple things* could be bought with much higher costs (and alternative diamond costs for earlier purchasing).
*mini-arts: similar to wizard mini-arts
upgrades: similar to current castle upgrades for creatures

ai: different levels of improved ai; pet intelligence upgrade :)

but who would look after its poo poo? and wee wee? and what if the pet runs away and has babies? WHAT IF IT HAS RABIES! what if the babies are born? Wouldn't you need to pay more for a groom person? Or like a babysitter because I'm pretty sure building an entire castle or place just for your pet is pretty ridiculous .
I'm thumbs up with the idea and all but maybe don't put in cats and dogs and lizards because they have to be mutated and what not in order to fight. And mutation doesn't exist in the world of the faeries otherwise it would pollute the elves living place |

+1 on introducing pet and buying it early for diamond
but
-2 for using it as another unit in the battle especially with such status and AI control. There is already diamond upgradeat lvl7/9 . No need for extra one which would become decisive in battle. Better have a pet that would stand by your hero and attack for you when your hero attacks someone or help in casting spells or so. And the prices would be much lower and can be brought earlier using diamonds. |

| i dont think that it should actually be in combat with the troops but it would be like your caricature so it can have armor and weapons and such but you should have to feed it and train it so it can get better stats and it adds to your attack or something as well as has luck and moral |
