Example:
Hunters Guild level3, chance to get Master Hunter arts.

If player achieve HG lev3, thats mean, that they in this level drop any part, or this is limited only to specified arts?

on hg7 you can loot gh bow, and at hg8 u can loot bb bow plus some new hunts

no, i asking for something else.
HG3 = chance to loot ALL types of MH arts.
Or part of them are impossible to get on HG3 and require higher level?

Not all MH arts can be looted at HG 3.. Take a look at this link. It explains everything in detail.
