that bit is the important part it says that any communication with admins is done via secretary so thats why your message was sent to him. |
| You know when your topic gets moved from a place to another, you get a mail from Empire. The one who moves it is a moderator, but since they work for Empire, the Empire sends it. This happens with your case, you get the mail from the Administration, who can only send them, but all your letters to Administration go to the Secretary, the one in charge. |
| the reason that messages are sent to the secretary is that all the admins can get on that account so all of the admins can read your mail rather than sending it to administration and that being the only person able to view it |
