| the factions aren't fully balanced but the recruitment of certain factions has decreased or increased, also magic guild lvl4 spell effect have decreased (nature+chaos) or increased (holy+dark) |

Which means one faction is equal to another... which still means no faction is powerful... no faction is weak... all are equal... |
