cost for 1 diamond should be fine.
Free players can just wait one day, players in a hurry can spend 1 diamond or 15000 gold. |

Admins won't do that.
There is known bug, that if you loose in group battle and change your faction before battle finishes, earned FSP will go to changed faction.
With unlimited faction changing it would be wery simple to develop anti-faction skill. |
