This fact is true that repaired arts are useless in case of shop arts.
eg-70/70 mithril staff cost 50k gold
and 0/70 mithril staff cost 32k gold.
the diff is 18k and its repairing price is 19712.And now if u repair that art u dnt get the full durability and plus 1 durbalitily less than the main.and it sems totally useless.so dear lords dont waste ur money repairing |

I some time ago calculated, what repair is profitable.

the MAIN reason to repair shop artifacts: this is the only way to build up your smith in faster way.
with low smith level, no one gonna send you rare artifacts to repair. no one send artifacts for your low smith level = cant level up your smith faster = low smith level; then chain go back agian.
hence, repair shop artifacts is the only way to go with. shop artifacts have higher durability and repair cost, it is more suitable to build your smith level in fast way for each repair. |
it's for enchanted arts, rare, and sets likes BB,GH,MH,Thief,Infernal,Unholy, Tatical.
Just for expensive things. |

Sure, can be used to this too.
and you don't really need have smith to do this, you can ask for a friend or for clanmate smither, because ins't everyone who have smith high level...
Anyway, smith ins't useless :) |
