How is this possible? Ive seen people with Hunter guild lvl 5 FS lvl 7 Mercenary Guild lvl 2 with 2x more Battles than me and im closer to combat lvl 7 than they are. Am i missing something?
Im JUST about to hit hunter guild 4 and JUST hit FS level 5. Iv only done duels a handful of times so this cant possible be the case since he has 2x MORE battles than me.
Can someone please fill me in? |
| Under the old system, you could lost, get 0 exp, but something like .05 skill points from a hunt. Take a look at their combat record and you should see alot of losses. |
It really just depends on several key factors (for the sake of discuss we will assume you do all of the following):
1. Perhaps that player does not participate or max out his entries in the survival tournaments
2. Perhaps that player does not engage in ANY sort of PVP fighting
3. Perhaps that player does not participate in any boosted xp events on server, or battles that pay out huge xp (such as server invasion events, etc).
Now we will also say that perhaps this player only does the following:
1. Min ap MG battles
2. Min ap Hunt battles
3. Purposely loses certain battles to get max fsp and low xp (ie favorable development ratios that wish to keep the character base level low).
It is quite possible. It is very boring in my opinion...but everyone plays however they want :)

well his name is Zehir, it must be under the old system, b/c if you did everything you guys are talking about, he has WAY to many battles to make it even come close. They way he is set up now, is that he can fight creatures at his lvl that no one else can since his hunter guild is lvl 5 where everyone else at lvl 6 is 3 or MAYBE 4 at the most.
That really stinks since he can get all of those first place in hunt awards by default |

you can see the obscurity here, when i said 2x the battles, it's actually like 6x more battles
Under this system (not sure what the old system is) with that many battles fought i would think he would be at least combat lvl 9 or higher |
| Under the old system as some mentioned you could really boost factions without raising your level. Those days are over (thanks Admins) and things are "more fair" now in that respect. |
Looking at your numbers, you are well within expected range.
You are bout to reach level 7, while also getting HG 4 and you are already faction 5.
I think your LG is just a bit low. You should try to enroll more often. Ideally, you should be at LG 4 by the time you reach level 7. |

Reopened to state the obvious:
This player (Zehir) has a ton of pages where he assists in hunts. Most of them are easy hunts and even though I haven't checked any of them I think he doesn't do much damage in them. This nets him a victory, a chance at Hunter-arts, and a humungous amount of victoris and battles for very little experience. |
