I no longer have enough gold to buy a TGI at the market however i can still afford to bid on an estate in several locations. is it worth it to get an estate? or should i just keep saving for TGI? |
Save for tgi. |
You won't get an estate anyway. In 2 days it will cost 1 mln and above. |
It will take 16.7 years till you get your investment back from an estate. Please figure out for yourself if this is soon enough for you. |
It will take 16.7 19,7 and thats case you got all rooms full 24/7 |
TGI will benefit you far more than an estate. |
I'd consider a few rare items for resale later.
I think that will be more profitable and affordable. |
the problem with estates is that you not only have to buy the estate but you also have to buy certain annexes to improve storage and restoration speed.

this is a better idea since the venomancer items only cost around 50k you could get a few and sell at a good profit |
50k for now, but it will increase a lot more
last hour is only interesting part for those auctions :P |
get a few and sell at a good profit
They would stuck in inventory for years, complete waste of money, I would not do it.
Good time TGI 50k or less market price, or buy some stuff other players eager to sell this time to get cash ASAP |
Yes, I do believe that anyone who thinks they can bid and resell the rare arts for resale later at a profit is in for a rude shock.
The thing with these rare arts is that they are only useful in a set, and a set cost millions, which not many can afford.
You could possibly have them stuck in your inventories for eternity unless you sell at a loss/no profit. |
