| You can buy how many you want (or the factory has), but it is not advised for most cases to buy diamonds at ridge of hope (they are too expensive there). |
If you have no access to "real" money via Pay Pal...then you have no choice but to save up in game gold to exchange for diamonds if Diamond Upgrade units you see, and/or a TGI, etc.
Although in game TGI prices are lowered than the in game gold exchange equivalent.
