He will not be banned or fined for not sharing monsters in a fight. U asked for help in hunt, u will get help, but it doe not say in the rules that you have to split monsters in half each half per player.

People get fined for pretending to NOT be there...lol. If your partner kills most of the animals in your hunt--oh well. You can always not ask for help if you don't want to risk that from happening...although at higher levels most folks will respect your wishes--ie half and half, 1/3, etc.
