This announcement:

states, that "The Yellow Lake office specializes in: Raids, Armies, Invaders, Conspirators. The Seraph's Tears office specializes in: Monsters, Brigands, Vanguards."
I have spent the last week waiting for "monsters" quests in Seraph's Tears and got only 2-3 from the total of ~50 quests I was offered. Therefore I changed location to Yellow Lake and I already got 3 monsters quests during the last few hours.
Is there a mistake in the announcement, or is it just a coincidence?
