Does asking a question fall under the criteria of a bump?

| Did you even read the rules after you were banned? The clan forums are very strict, there's a clear list of what you can and cannot do. Asking a question is something you cannot do, and so it counts as a bump. |
Also, I forgot to mention, that you should not discuss the actions of a moderator on the forums, if you have a grievance, take it up with the Secretary or send a pm to Jedi-Knight.
