You got the money from a cheater. It doesn't mean you are a cheater. That you aren't blocked means they must think you aren't a cheater.
Because you got free money from a cheater, that money has to be taken from you. |

if he transfer that many to Empire will that penalty take off ?
P.S. the difference between transfer and penalty is over 30 minutes, so how someone can transfer money for such short period of time to Empire ? And if someone wasn't at comp ? O_o |

He was fined the exact amount that the illegal transfers were of.
So, he hasn't lost any of his own money.
I think the implication is that he does not need to do anything else and the matter is closed. |
Though it is a bit odd.
What if he did not know robodark at all? He just receives money from a stranger and 20 minutes later he gets fined and lost it again. Without having the oppurtunity to return it or send it to Empire. |
