You can alaways report on shadows to secretary...
Maybe you want report any admin or maybe moderator/keeper etc.
And don't want he saw you doing it, for don't get a block,ban,penality etc.
But if you have prove that one single guy is doing a ilegal thing, he cannot do anything about that.
I prefer don't believe you're afraid to post on forum to report some one, and most cases they just don't look at this forums, cause the ego is great, they think they can cheat and never be caught...
