Author | Show "Knock back on ATB" |
Currently abilities that move things back on the ATB scale don't show how far the unit wold be knocked back.
Surely it would be easy enough to show where the targetted unit would end up on the ATB bar while hovering the cursor over it?

also for delay please. Sometimes i cast delay (0,5 duration) and it has no effect at all.
Just like the feature we have with waiting / gating right now. I find it very helpful. |

That would be a neat feature for the battles, and would prove to be an integral part of many of the battles! =D |
+1 for sure, same with rapid |

Currently the unit sequence jumps when the duration of rapid / delay runs out.
Would be great if it could also pre-calculate the effect when the spell expires. |
+1 same with wasp swarm |
great idea! would definitely enhance gameplay..
so +1
also with Dominion of Tempest talent...
you're talking about abilities that move things back on the ATB scale , but i assume you don't mean the initiative-influencing abilities that have a chance to be triggered (knocking shot, stun, etc)...? |
I reckon that abilities with a chance of triggering could have a little added to the description "hovering cursor shows ATB change on a successful trigger" or something like that.

Should be good, but it will take the advantage to who already know how i'll effect...
I'm not voting + or -, cause it's not a bad ideia, but will take advantage to who have more expenrience... |
take advantage to who have more expenrience
So, you say that after 10 turns of units with 11.1 and 12.7 ini, stun/mini-stuns, freezes and morales you know exactly how a 0.3 ATB bar stun effects them? I doubt that, or do you sit with a calculator in front of your screen?!
Same argument could have been thrown in with the magi/lorekeepers shooting area. There were many calculators on the internet that even were wrong, so that the unexperienced players had difficulties there.
Still it was implemented, since the knowledge of game mechanics should not be a battle effecting factor. |
I could never guess how wasp will work.

Oh and summonned phantom would be good too.. |

My tip for you, play with barb for a while, will improve your ATB skills... |
