Currently I'm a L6 Necro, already build the Magic Guild level 1. If I change to a Knight hero, do I have to build the Magic Guild level 1 building again? Thanks

Yes, you'll have to build again all constructions.

To clarify, all your previously bought buildings in your Necro castle would never go away. Similarly named buildings such as magic guild, warehouse, market, and blacksmith are not duplicated in the castles of your other factions. Every faction has a completely separate castle.
