the charachter is now blocked.
Do I need to return ther gold

If he does not send it to Empire then he risks being fined double the loan amount or possibly blocked himself.

no he doesn't have to do that its not his fault that char got blocked
i am afraid that admins have another opinion. Don't forget, that transfer (12k) isn't sighned even is a loan, it can be counted like multiplayer assist or something else. |

| Tranasfer to empire and put on description youre paying a loan to empire because the guy get blocked before you quit the debit. |
