Some factions are better in some types of battles than others. Wizards, for example, dominate the hunting records for nearly all levels, whereas barbs are almost completely absent. I used to assist a barb friend in hunting, and the poor guy was always required to load up with arts to do hunts that some other factions can do with min arts. |

I prefer demons they are more strategycal and versatile.
Elfs low level, are just shoot, light, wait back shot light wait back
Attack when they came...
It's works agains't some type units, but demons can be better using a better deck of strategy.
But don't forget about, "no one faction is the best, depends how you use em" |

its funny everybody says elves, its true that elves are probably better and maybe more fun in hunts, but its a fact that demon are way stronger and more interesting in tournaments.
for mercenaries i dont know.
o and for 4#, yuri, what makes you think that demon has slower units then elve? its right that incendiaries are slow, but spawns, wolfhounds and hell horses are all faster then elven bowman and druids, hell horses are the fastest, and succubi are just as fast as elven bowman, so i dont agree with you :) |

@15 Not true about succubi are more faster than EB
Both got same initiative, depends of FSP and stuff.
But i agree with your comment.

elf is your choice if you want an easy setup with solid , straight forward strategy and tactic
demon? i m not saying you must use your brain to play this faction.
refer your question, demon will just like knight (with varies of options in talent, tactic and strategy WHEN you compare with elf), you will take more time to learn and fit yourself into it. |
