Both keepers cannot change them but admins, admin assistant(s) and half admin can! | | But in my oppinion, they ask admins to increase them for sure and of course it will depends cases! | | In the case of fines, A lot of the time, different cases require different consequences. However, they can't change the rules. They can't add new rules either, but if somebody did something that should be illegal, they may be able to act on that. |
