I played the last survival tournament as lv 12.

Now I am lv 13.

Querie: I can play the survival tournament lv 13 without lose my lv 12 score?

2)If I win both, I earn both rewards?

You will not lose your level 12 score if you participate in the level 13 tournament. If you win both, you will receive both rewards.

Yes, they are treated as separate tournaments, so you can participate in both, get scores in both, earn rewards in both, and of course pay the fees both times.
