Yes, the earlier you start to play TG, it is the better for you.
You can buy TGI on market (~1kk) or pay 80 diamonds to enter it here:

| I did mine at level 6 and it is a great time with lots of people travelling to trigger ambushes for you. Also level 6's are rarely prepared to be ambushed. |
| TG could be a little hard at level 6, but if you have diamond upgrade, then it will be a lot easier |
