Authornecro summnon phantom without talents

Hi,
i was not playing for 1 months, and now i was fighting agaisn caravan. i have no natura magic talents and in spell book, i have summnot phantom spell (yeah i have only 10 mana, so i cannot cast, so spell was in the fog, but was there).

it is bug, or some new?
