according to game rules i know that multies are not allowed to rent arts .
why is this so ?
i know that they can rent arts from main account which is illegal ; but why cant they rent arts from other players ?? | | Because admins decided so. Also, because such renting might have become a dedicated assist to another character or group of characters. | Because that's the rule. If multis could rent as well as main accounts, this could lead to an unfair financial advantage for some players.
For example, your main rents artifacts from 1 player. If you also have 2 multis and that player has the arts you need for those accounts, you will go and rent from that player with your multis as well.
Instead of having one player renting, you have 3 players renting from that one player.
3.10. It is allowed to create additional characters to familiarize yourself with features of other factions.
Remember that the purpose of multi chars is to try out other factions - ideally, any multi characters should have a limited impact on the game, to keep it fair for those who work so hard to build up a main character. By making sure that multi characters cannot rent artifacts, it is fairer for thos players who are working on their 1st account. |
