| Yes, but it may depend on where you live... I'm surprised that not many people know about it. |
I know a method if you live in the United States but I'm not sure if such things can be done in other countries. It still uses Paypal but doesn't require a credit card.

free credit card? simple, just go to your bank and issue one; once you fulfill their condition, they will give you a FREE credit card.
the only matter is can you pay when the bill came. and, that's the main reason kill alot card holders... |
| In fact some cards will even pay you to use them or to make a credit card, but it is a good idea to watch your spending. Once you are in debt....it's pretty hard to get out. Better to use prepaid card. You can't buy them with money you don't have if that makes sense.. |
I'll go to my bank and have a look if I can get one, otherwise I'll get the money off my online paypall.
